5. No Guarantee of Solar Savings, Incentives, or Utility Approval

Solar production, energy savings, utility bill reductions, battery performance, EV charging costs, return on investment, payback periods, and similar projections are estimates only. Actual results may vary based on weather, shading, system size, usage patterns, utility rates, utility policies, rate plan changes, equipment performance, maintenance, customer behavior, and other factors.

We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any tax credit, rebate, incentive, financing program, utility program, interconnection approval, net metering arrangement, or other benefit unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by us.

You are responsible for consulting with your own tax, financial, insurance, legal, or utility advisors regarding eligibility for incentives, credits, financing, insurance coverage, or other benefits.

6. Separate Project Contracts Control

These Terms govern use of the website. They do not replace, modify, or override any signed proposal, project contract, service agreement, work order, financing document, warranty document, change order, invoice, or other written agreement between you and Seven Star Electric LLC.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will control for that project.
